Arabic Bayān gate 15, Unity 6
Trans. And let you arise, all of you together, when you hear the mention of the One We shall Manifest in the Name of the Ariser (القائم), and let you grasp the difference [between] the Ariser and the Peerless Self-Subsistent (القيّوم) then in the ninth year you shall comprehend all good (my trans.)

Comment: The difference between Qāʾim (قائم) (=142) and Qayyūm (قيّوم) (=156) in the science of letters is 14 which is the numerical value of Face (وجه), wajh, that was one of the specific titles of Ṣubḥ-i-Azal bestowed upon Him by the Primal Point that not even Moojan Momen disputes. This passage of the Arabic Bayān is not only not any kind of prophecy regarding the bogus claim of Mīrzā Ḥusayn ʿAlī nārī-i-habāʾ. Rather it is an unequivocal confirmation from the Arabic Bayān itself of the status of Ṣubḥ-i-Azal since Year 9 is the same year in which the Book of Light (kitāb-i-nūr) was publicized that the bahaim founder himself gushed over and is on record recommending.
