Interview with Amirsoltanzadeh of The Independent May 2021 (in Persian)

 

The interview the Baha'i organization has attempted to pull down from everywhere online. I was approached by Mr Amirsoltanzadeh of the Persian section of The Independent UK in April-May 2021 for an interview. Mr Amirsoltanzdeh is a journalist for said Persian section of that media outlet. When the interview was made, Mr Amirsoltanzdeh was unable to work properly with Zoom so I recorded the interview on my end via Zoom and immediately sent the recording to him afterwards.

 

To make a long story short, contrary to the undertaking by Mr Amirsoltanzadeh, the interview was never published. Part of the reason is because the editorial team of the Persian section of The Independent UK are all Baha'is; and since this interview asserted for the public record the continued existence of the Azali Babi (Bayani) community, per their ideological biases the Baha'i editorial team, such as their editor in chief  Camelia Entekhabifard (obviously under instructions from the Baha'i hierarchy in Haifa), who tanked it. As an aside, it should be noted that much of the funding for the Persian section of The Independent UK comes from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 

 

That stated, as the undertaking by this journalist of the Persian section of The Independent UK was not fulfilled, and since the interview was recorded from my computer; I then uploaded the raw video to my own Youtube page. Immediately the Persian section of The Independent UK attempted to claim copyright over the video made on my computer. Via legal aid, the matter was taken by me to the Supreme Court of Queensland, and in August 2022 the court granted an injunction against those attempting to claim copyright over the video and made an order asserting in law that the copyright of this video belongs to me.
