Unpublishing with Amazon.com
I will be unpublishing the
first edition of my The Completion of the Arabic Bayān and the Eight Paths with
Amazon and its Kindle service in both the hardcopy and kindle electronic
versions in a few days as part of the larger effort to boycott corporations who
deal with the Zionist entity.
I have already published
the Pdf electronic version of it on libgen, archive.org and academia.edu, so it
will be available for free for those who still wish a copy, not to mention that
the book is permanently catalogued by the WorldCat system as well as the
catalogue of The National Library of Australia.
At some point, I will
republish hardcopies with another service - and one who specifically does not
support or work with Israel - and I will from this point forward only put out
publications by The Library of the Greatest Name with outlets who can demonstrate
their anti-Zionist credentials.
Beyond the issue of Israel,
for those who are interested in the PoD (publish on demand) industry for
themselves, I highly advise that you shun Amazon.com and its Kindle service.
They regularly screw their authors and barely pay them anything. Luckily, I have
learned a lot about this industry over the last year and can put out quality
material without having to rely on corporate behemoths like Amazon.com who
support ethnonationalist fascist regimes such as Israel.
Additionally, Amazon.com
has screwed a number of Iranians in the diaspora who do not even live in Iran
(or even support the regime) by cancelling their Persian language publications
and refusing to pay them anything for items already sold. Therefore, this
company should be treated like dirt and boycotted far and wide.
